The famous NDSM Wharf in the North of Amsterdam inspired the designers of studio APE for the NDSM chair. The wharf is known for its iconic dock cranes that have become a distinctive part of the area’s industrial aesthetic and cultural heritage. The wooden chair’s legs are a direct reference to the dock cranes, and a ship's hull formed the inspiration behind the perfect rounded backrest. The seat is upholstered in a boucle fabric, providing a soft surface to enjoy your seating. The NDSM chair is flat-packed and designed for fuss-free assembly and is easily mounted with only four screws.

Light soiling can be easily removed with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a commercial fabric cleaner.
